Rooting
This photographic essay exposes the connection between woman and nature — her own and that surrounding her. In a world that is buckling under the weight of globalization, the need to reach out to our own essence is crucial, a process I call "to re-root".







Luisa Nolasco is a Brazillian artist currently studying for her MA in Documentary Photography and Photojournalism at the University of Westminster, in London. As a documentary photographer, Luisa develops images that speak both to her and to others about what is happening out there in the world.
