Catcatcher's Last Adventure
A period of waiting and anticipation makes our minds spin with questions, anxiety, and wonderment. Catcatcher's Last Adventure is an exploration into the frustration and beauty of that period — two girls, exploits of typical gas station visits and self destructive habits, the blinding overtake of psychedelics, feeling and unfeeling, the casual connection of two similarly broken souls. This story takes place in the summer before college in a long lull while waiting to discover what happens next. Where are we going? Who are we becoming? Who are we supposed to be? What are we supposed to think and feel? What should life be? Why is waiting terrifying and limiting? Why is it also enlightening, mesmerizing, and freeing?
