Denmark

This series is a depiction of emotions that swelled up inside of me after I met the boy of my dreams and he later informed me that he was possibly moving to Denmark. I was sad, I was angry, and I felt vulnerable — that’s what I hoped to convey through this work. Six months after these pieces were created, the boy of my dreams (after not leaving for Denmark, and continuing to be a part of my life) is now, officially, no longer part of my life. These emotions have resurfaced and these pieces have transformed in meaning and I want to try to share that with others. I want to leave this work open for other's feelings and interpretation. My work is based by my boy/personal experiences and I love finding others that can relate. I want to do nothing more than to share.
